Mike Shoreman: "Finding Balance"

In 2018 Mike Shoreman was on top of the world living his life as a professional paddleboarding coach with Paddle Canada and teaching stand up paddleboarding in Toronto. In November, after a sudden rare neurological condition diagnosis, that all went away. The next year became a physical and mental journey,  ultimately creating something new with purpose. Mike is a professional keynote speaker Toronto entertainer, and storyteller. Mike Shoreman

Shari Tallon: "Featured Performer"

Shari is a multi-instrumental performer who believes the power of music can create positive energy and leaving people smiling, inspired and filled with joy. Shari knows first-hand that music can heal especially in times of deep struggles. Shari has been witness to the unfolding of new life that is developed from dreaming and believing with vision, patience, focus, and creativity; music can create miracles. Shari is a composer, singer/songwriter, former owner of an indie label and Recording Studio. She has just released a debut album with the Free Spirits called 11:11

W.T. Hamilton: "Finding My Human MEing"

W.T. has a passion for motivating and inspiring others. As a motivational speaker and marketing business coach this is what he had always done, and it worked. All until he hit his own brick wall and lost his own inspiration, Everything came crashing down. It was the most counter-intuitive action that this positive guy had to start practicing to get his own passion and spark back. Coming to grips with his own truth changed everything.

Farheen Khan- "Resilience in the Making"

Farheen shares a powerful raw story of how she overcomes hatred towards herself as a woman and her faith. Where others could be defined by their adversity Farheen found her strength and confidence. Farheen is a voice for women; she has a passion for change and growth and believes we all have choice and sometimes the end result can be greater than you ever expected. Farheen was a politician and TV Broadcaster. Today she is a consultant for a Charitable Organization, an Author, and Imama for the Women's Mosque of Canada and a member of the Azeena for Woman and a Coach of Ascension of Women.

Shawn Farewell: "Science vs. The Supernatural"

Seven months after being diagnosed with Cancer, Shawn was told to get his affairs in order, as he awaited his fateful death something happened that would change his life forever. A true story of life after death, that will leave you asking more questions. Shawn shares a message of hope to everyone, helping people to never give up.

Sheila Sims: "Untying Knots"

Sheila’s difficult experiences in her strict childhood school left her tied in emotional knots. Years later these emotional knots began to unravel, what had been contained for so many years had now come spilling out. Through Sheila's own journey of unraveling, it became clear to her now as a Teacher, that so many children in her classrooms also had their knots. Shiela was challenged to let go of everything she thought she knew and begin doing things in a whole new way. While Sheila is still a teacher today, she considers herself an “undercover agent” who helps kids untie their knots.

Meals are intertwined around the most important life experiences from childhood to adulthood and beyond, with family and friends and perhaps most of all, holidays! In this moStory, Chef Michael Maddin shares his passion for how food not only provides the nutrition our bodies need to function; it provides the sustenance we need to live and love as human beings. Every meal is an experience... and a story! Chef Mike Maddin has been operating his own catering company since 2014. Mike has catered in the middle of a forest, converted a barn into a fine dining reception hall, and made risotto in the middle of Lake Ontario – without a stove.  Mike lived and worked in Bergamo, Italy, and has worked all over Canada in Vancouver, Ottawa, and Toronto. Mike worked with Top Chef Canada winner Dale Mackay in Vancouver, and trained at Canoe in Toronto. And not only is Mike a chef, he is also an accomplished curler!

Jeannine Hare, AKA "Lady J", is a very outgoing and positive lady who is on a mission to have a very adventurous life and to inspire millions along the way. This energizer bunny has a flare for finding the odd and humourous side to any situation, and will inspire you to get living your life more fully. In this hilarious moStory, Jeannine shares about the time she wore the Lice lady Cape and rescued a mother from a nervous breakdown of shame, a child getting ostrasized, and a teenage girl from having nothing. Jeannine's story may just have you scratching your head about how you can be a hero in someone else's life!


Tibor Shanto is a change agent. He leads workshops and consults with sales organizations to help them see the connection between success – change – and comfort. He has 'deputized' thousands of salespeople to be agents of change in their worlds. In this light-hearted and inspiring moStory, he shares how an accident forced him to take his own medicine... and just dance!



JUNO nominated songwriter, producer, and musician Rob Laidlaw is no stranger to Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll. Rob shares his personal story of his addiction and how he broke through to a new, positive attitude toward life, family and being human. Using songwriting as a powerful metaphor for what we do with our own lives, Rob shows how many of the biggest hit songs were composed using the same four chords, and asks, 'can youi turn your life into a hit songs with the chords you have/" Rob has performed and produced with so many of the greatest artist you know and love like like Kim Mitchell, Alanah Myles, Platinum Blonde, Alannis Morrisette, Glass Tiger, Loverboy and so many more.


For many people mid-life is the end of an era of youthful beauty and vitality. Yet for Helen Xenedis, it was the beginning of a new way of living, breaking free from the social norms and assumptions that kept her from living her life on her own terms. Helen's mid-life awakening has opened the world up in a whole new way. Jean Leggett Is a CEO, motivational speaker, laughter yoga instructor, and standup comedian.
