Jeff Aldridge

HUMPS, HILLS & HIMALAYAS. Jeff Aldridge, also known as 'Jeffosaurus Rex', finally got to meet his pen pal during a spontaneous trip to Nepal. The 3500-metre hike up and down tested his ability to stay optimistic... and taught him about the never-ending hike of life. Jeff is an explorer, creator, and child at heart. He is the producer and emcee for momondays Barrie. You can catch him out on the water teaching dragon boating or writing and performing songs on his guitar. He also hosts a travel podcast on youtube entitled, “VicariousDiaries,” where he gives people the opportunity to share their journeys from their trips around the world. It's a very, very cool blog!

SHED ARMOR. CONQUER FEAR. After being completely bedridden for 4 years rehabilitating a complex neurological condition, JoJo Marie lost everything, including her identity. Beginning life over again alone and from scratch required she remove her armour and forgive. This liberated JoJo into a world of profound happiness and deep inner peace. Today, JoJo Marie is a genuine and deeply engaging motivational speaker & life coach who derives her message from her personal experience of adversity. She has a unique way of achieving human connection in her speaking that will touch you and leave inspired. You will also find her work on her simplyjojomarie podcast & her inspirational writing on B+Vibration.

DOING THE COSTANZA? Not being satisfied with how his life turned out, Richard Zinck decided to switch things up and do everything opposite to get a whole new reality of life. His story may show you that the answer for any question you have may be on the other side of your reality. Cool! Richard became one of the top Entrepreneurs Of The Year. A Sales and Marketing Expert, he was used as an example in the House of Commons in the creation of the Small Business Loans Act and received a letter from the Honorable Paul Martin, Finance Minister of Canada for his achievements.

Sarah Fazackerley

FEATURED MUSICIAN Sarah Fazackerley is a blues/rock singer/songwriter who has performed for many years around the GTA. Her latest project is 'Edith,' is an exploration of her alt-folk alter ego. 'By taking on the persona of another person,' Sarahexplains, 'I was able to discover more of myself.' It's been a magical process that everyone can use in their own lives. With this new project, Sarah pairs her powerhouse vocals with ambient, folk-based guitar melodies, new to her usual style. She is currently working on a debut double EP. Get ready for an awesome performance at this momondays.

Tim Hurson

FROM NOW ON... Normande Carrioux, a native Cree from Northern Quebec, shared twelve of his final hours with Tim Hurson on the driftwood beaches of British Columbia. That conversation was a gift of wisdom he gave to Tim, gained from a lifetime of loss, of pain, of suffering — and indescribable joy. In this moStory, Tim shares some of that wisdom with us, including three life-changing questions to keep us on track when everything around is out of control. Tim is a professional speaker, trainer and consultant who teaches thinking skills to people and organizations world-wide. He has keynoted in 30 countries and authored two books, Think Better, used in over 100 business schools globally, and Never Be Closing, recommended by the Oprah Winfrey Network as one of the 15 best success strategies of 2014. Tim is also a founder of Mindcamp with annual creative thinking retreats in Canada, the US and Chile.
